Initial Franchise Training
The first step in successfully operating a AIITM franchise is attending our extensive franchisee training. This begins with an intensive two-week training program for new owners and managers, but this is just the beginning.
Ongoing Support
Job descriptions and training programs for all employee roles, ongoing training events and annual conferences, wide variety of live e-learning events and self-paced e-learning resources, and a wealth of tools that franchisees can use to train their employees all exist.
Beyond formal training sessions, AIITM also provides comprehensive franchisee support with corporate support.
This coverage enables real time support when the franchisee needs it most, during business hours.

The profile of the ideal franchisee includes, but is not limited to having:

- Communication Skills in English
Prior ownership of a business is desirable, but not mandatory. While a basic understanding of Information Technology would be beneficial, IT skills are secondary to basic business talent.
Investment
Capital requirements will vary, based on the size and location of the territory, the development plan, the size of the first center, and local market economics.
Generally, a franchisee must have a minimum of Rs 100,000 in available capital to launch the first center (Unit Franchise). The capital requirements for certain markets or for multiple centers (Master Franchisee) may surpass several times that.
Converting an existing IT training business into a AIITM franchise could entail a considerably lower investment.
